My stay was exceptional. I enjoyed everything about the studio, it was spotless, clean and had everything that the place had to offer. Located at the last floor of a 4th floor building, it was easy to check in. Instructions and communication was clear and direct. Check in is at 15:00 and the codes are shared a couple of minutes before. I liked the quality of the bed sheets, the temperature was just right. The studio had a kettle, TV, small couch, table, hairdryer, kitchen amenities. A very nice stay at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

A good location and a solid interior are not enough to make the guest feel comfortable! I recommend the apartment owners sleep for a day and see all the shortcomings for themselves. There are many of them. An application used to send information to guests about access codes to the apartment, as well as templates with welcome texts, etc. mean nothing if everything else in the apartment doesn't work. In addition, when a guest sends you a complaint, you must take action, not turn off the phone and stop answering messages. Specific remarks: 1. Heating is minimal, radiators must be constantly on in the winter. We all came back with a cold after a sleepless night. We had to sleep in suits. 2. There is no heating in the bathroom at all, so showering is impossible. 3. Use of the sink in the bathroom is only possible for hands, but you cannot wash your face because you have a shelf on which you hit your head. 4. The sliding door in the bathroom does not give you any intimacy, so the use of the toilet can be heard in all parts of the apartment, and the user is very uncomfortable. 5. The air conditioners are not functioning, neither heating nor cooling.

Do not use this company. We staying in one of their properties in Dubrovnik. When we arrived there was water all over the bathroom floor. We realised when we turned on the tap, there was a major leak in the plumbing pipe. We contacted them immediately and they said they would sort it out. 2 hours later, no one came and they then said they couldnt do anything until the morning. It was not safe to use as the floor was very slippery and we only had one bathroom.They eventually sent a housekeeper who had no idea what to do and in the end we did what we could to stem the flow, got extra towels to mop up the floor and had to wait until part way through the next day before they sent anyone. For a 3 night booking our soap dispenser was nearly empty and had only one roll of toilet paper. We also asked for more twice and in frustration we gave up. The TV remote control did not have batteries and when we asked for some they dropped of batteries at our door that were the wrong size. The apartment also had a terrible smell in the bathroom,. We prepaid for this accomodation and on departure when I complained about all the issues and asked if they would at least consider some discount they said they would speak to a manager and get back to me. That was in September, again in October and recently last week. I will not recommend this company. This is very poor customer service, in fact there is no customer service!!

Review for Kliki studio apartment The location was good, 1 mins walk to the tram stop and about 8-10 to the train station. The studio room is well appointed, with a comfy couch, small table, bed and kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave, dishwasher, kettle fridge etc. There was a small supermarket one corner down. You only receive the code for apartment at 3 pm and check out is 10am. They is no bag storage available at the location. The train station has lockers for €2. Would stay here again as it was a very comfortable space for a good price. .

Pros: lovely location, clean, decent decor and furnishings. Cons: extreme smoke smell--I don't mean like "someone was smoking next door and I could smell it" I mean the interior of the unit STANK like someone had sat there smoking with the windows closed for a hundred years, key was missing from box, entry instructions were unclear, no wifi instructions, employees were unconcerned and condescending in tone. A very unpleasant way to start a stay in a lovely city.
